With a voice as crisp as his hometown air, Oscar invites you into his world of the dramatic shifting seasons.
This summer I met this Bodø bound artist, Oscar Angell, a young storyteller with a take as fresh, dramatic and soothing as his hometown backdrops. Accompanied with light melodious accents, his dreamy tunes puts you exactly where his inspiration comes from, in the wild and authentic surroundings of northern Norway, you can smell the fresh air and feel the changing weather, and his heartache. And while we wait for Winter, let Oscars sense on the three complementary seasons take your thoughts away.
Oscar Angell is a singer and songwriter from Bodø in northern Norway, he’s been playing instruments and singing through his whole life and started going serious with his career only a few years back. Oscar writes and sings all his own lyrics and has the guitar as his main instrument. His series of songs representing the shifting seasons is a project where he has released songs throughout the year, with Winter yet to come. We are superstoked and swooned by this emerging voice, stay tuned for more beautiful music to come.
